Ensures leadership team is aware of all active issues and their resolution plans\n\nBusiness Analysis and Reporting\nReviews, analyzes and creates detailed documentation of business processes and systems functionality, including workflow, program functions and steps required to execute systems transactions/processes\n\nAnalyzes HR activities and trends; compares to industry standards and best practices. Presents findings/gaps and makes recommendations on solutions to address improvement opportunities and efficiency\n\nEvaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs\n\nMaintain workday integrations within SCI ecosystems and third party vendors\n\nQ & A Testing\nAssists in defining, developing and executing test plans, in partnership with functional and technical project team members\n\nEnsures that all tests are conducted and documented according to required standards\n\nEnsures that all items follow the change management process\n\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field\n\nExperience\nTwo (2) years of demonstrated HRIT technical experience supporting Workday HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Talent, Learning or Recruitment\n\nWorkday HRIT experience with Workday Security, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Data migrations and Workday integrations with Studio, BIRT, EIB and Core Connectors\n\nFamiliar with Workday’s business process framework\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nDemonstrated experience and knowledge of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, use case development, and test plan development and execution\n\nExperience working with integrated ERP software such as Workday HCM\n\nProficiency in Workday advanced report writer and calculated fields\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of HR System, Application, processes and practices within Workday\n\nExperience working with a global implementation team\n\nAbility to multi-task and change priorities as needed\n\nCommunication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills\n\nDemonstrated Analytical, Problem-solving and Critical thinking skills\n\nDetail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and productivity\n\nPostal Code: 77019Category (Portal Searching): Human ResourcesJob Location: US-TX -
