We celebrate our associates.\nResponsible for the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems including water conservation. Additionally, performs routine cemetery services specialist duties. Maintains tools and equipment in working order.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nIrrigation\nMonitor, inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation systems. Adjust watering schedule seasonally to optimize water conservation. Repair valve box as needed. Operates hand and mechanical tools to repair or replace lines and sprinkler heads taking care to gently remove sod for replanting. Monitors and adjusts sprinkler heads to minimize overspray. Escalate issues to supervisor.\n\nPrepares irrigation systems for adverse weather conditions to prevent breakage. Inspects and repairs after weather events.\n\nNotifies manager when workload is light and volunteers for additional work.\n\nAdjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.\n\nEnsures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.\n\nCemetery Services\nPerforms openings & closings for burials, entombments and inurnments\n\nSets, installs, and assembles foundations, memorials, and markers\n\nInstalls outer burial containers\n\nHandles and completes work orders from client families as it pertains to individual grave and marker maintenance\n\nResponds to and completes requests for service/work orders\n\nConducts Interment Verification Procedures\n\nConducts 25 foot radius preparation for burials and ensures the area is clean and neat\n\nFills grave, tamps, seeds or sods\n\nAdheres to all Company safety rules and Universal Precautions\n\nMaintains and protects Company assets by performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities\n\nMaintains a clean and orderly work area\n\nThis is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the essential functions or duties related to this job\n\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\n\nLicenses\nValid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record\n\nExperience\nAt least two (2) years’ work experience installing and maintaining irrigation systems\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nSelf manages workload to deliver quality work on time.\n\nConsistently applies procedures, regulations, and policies producing compliant and efficient results.\n\nWorks independently;
