Works with Coupa application administration.\nSystems Analyst - Supply Chain\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nBUSINESS APPLICATION & PRESENTATION\nProvides functional support for SCM purchase to pay systems; functional lead on SCM purchase to pay systems and processes (including Coupa, Oracle & BI tool)\nLeads innovation opportunities to optimize all systems related to purchase-to-pay activities and drives those initiatives in support of the entire SCM team\nDesigns and monitors various Supply Chain tool configurations\nExploration of robotics automation to enhance existing processes\nManages the purchase-to-pay system upgrade processes for Supply Chain\nCoordinates with IT to provide support/identify training needs and make recommendations for functionality and business process improvements\nUpdates and runs enhancements for BI and Reporting Tools\nAssists with SCM change management strategies and implementation plans\nAssists with internal and external benchmarking\nCoordinates Coupa training initiatives\nDefines business and systems requirements including documenting processes, business requirements and resulting technology needs\nDevelops polished executive-level presentations and confidently delivers the information to internal business associates and external clients in a clear and concise fashion\nAssists in identifying best practices through a review of processes\nEstablishes and maintains relationships with various departments\nResponsibility Header II only if needed\nGathers appropriate resources to complete assigned projects on time and within budget\nEscalates obstacles/issues to meeting timelines and deliverables\nReports project status according to prescribed timelines for a given project\nMINIMUM Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Business or IT \nExperience\n4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst\n2+ years’ experience with Coupa Software or other e-procurement integration\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nStrong organizational, planning, and project management skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data, leveraging information to provide clear, concise and supported recommendations for action.\nAbility to effectively collaborate and communicate with other stakeholder groups.\nCapacity to work independently and simultaneously handle a variety of complex matters under deadline pressure.\nStrong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL and Power BI.\nStrong written communication and verbal skills.\nKnowledge in operational business processes and systems\nDemonstrated knowledge of process improvement\nUnderstanding of databases, logic views, query tools, and standard file layouts for conversions and interfaces\nKnowledge of project management and change management methodologies and processes.\nWork CONDITIONS\nWhen considering the work hours associated with this job, the following factors may apply:\nWork Environment\nWork indoors during all seasons and weather conditions\nStandard business dress is required. \nWork Postures\nSitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day\nClimbing stairs to access buildings frequently\nPhysical Demands\nPhysical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage\nWork Hours\nWorking beyond “standard” hours as the need arises\nPostal Code: 77019Category (Portal Searching): LogisticsJob Location: US-TX -
