This will involve day-to-day support in the execution of all workflows as assigned.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFinancial Administration and Reporting\n\nSupport the Finance Team with data entry and reconciliations, ensuring transactions are posted to the right general ledger accounts;\n\nPreparation of bank payment schedules and monthly reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness;\n\nReconciliation of payment schedules to identify failed payments for reprocessing while informing stakeholders of such payments where necessary;\n\nSupport in the preparation of monthly invoices and billing for all projects across SCIDaR, issuing receipts where applicable for monies received;\n\nPerform the analytical procedure on key financial statement captions.\n\nAudit and Compliance\nSupport the Finance Team in the management of process/report reviews by internal and external auditors to ensure seamless review process and implementation of recommendations;\n\nEnsure timely remittance of all statutory remittance such as PAYE, Withholding Tax, VAT, Pension, NHF and NSITF.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\nEssential\nAcademic training: A First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar related courses from a reputable and accredited university;\n\nCriteria: Applicants must either have been deployed to camp or be scheduled for deployment under the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme in Nigeria at the time of application.\n\nWhat we Value\nA genuine interest and commitment to the mission and values
