in providing operational support for SCIDaR programs, including day-to-day assistance across the end-to-end procurement process from vendor sourcing and bid analysis to documentation, compliance checks, and eventual payment processing support.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist in vendor management processes which includes sourcing, prequalification, evaluation, and maintenance of vendor database;\n\nSupport preparation of procurement reports, trackers, and compliance checklists;\n\nAssist in ensuring all procurement files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready;\n\nSupport market price research and cost analysis;\n\nLiaise with requesting units to clarify specifications and follow up on approvals;\n\nAny other procurement-related tasks assigned.\n\nQualifications and Requirements:\n\nEssential:\n\nAcademic training: Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management Sciences field, Social Sciences field or a similarly relevant field from a reputable and accredited university;\n\nCriteria: 0 – 2 years of relevant post-NYSC experience and a strong record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting.\n\nWhat
