Our solutions are powered by a proprietary technology stack with in-house medical and operational experts that enhance quality through standardized workflows and best-in-class study orchestration.\nThe Part Time- Supply Associate position is responsible for assisting with the management of clinical supplies and equipment used in clinical studies. The Supply Associate is responsible for preparing and shipping study supplies to study participants and study staff, maintenance and accountability of study supplies and nursing equipment, ordering of supplies, and inventory management. The Supply Associate works closely with the Supply team, PI, sub-Is and study team to ensure safe and efficient conduct of clinical studies.\nRole Type: Contractor- 1099\nHours: 20hrs a week (Part Time)\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDuties include but are not limited to:\nCoordinate, collaborate and provide expertise in support of clinical studies\nProvide technical assistance with clinical studies\nImplement study specific allocation and shipping logistics for clinical/nursing supplies\nPrepare and ship study supplies and nursing equipment to study participants and study staff\nSet up and manage protocols in the electronic supply inventory system, as required\nPerform study and nursing supplies distribution activities\nResponsible for the proper documentation of the supplies inventory including delivery, receipt, dispensation, return, lost, damaged, reconciliation, destruction and study close out.\nEnsure Study Supply rooms and Nursing Supply room are clean, orderly, organized and presentable \nOrder clinical/nursing supplies as needed\nInteract with clinical trial lab vendors and equipment providers to facilitate the procurement of lab kits and additional study supplies\nMaintain proper functioning of equipment used in the Supply rooms\nParticipate in the orientation and training of new clinical operation staff and Supply managers or associates, as required.\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS\nQualifications \nHigh school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred\nAt least 1 year of experience in a CRO, clinical research, pharmaceutical, medical, biotechnology industry and/or equivalent transferable skills, preferred.\nSupply management experience strongly preferred\nMedical and scientific knowledge preferred\nExperience in a fast-moving environment and comfort with being flexible and adaptable as requirements change.\nSkills/Competencies\nAbility to work independently - Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nAbility to switch between tasks as priorities change is critical. Problem solving skills and a willingness to learn are required.\nStrong communication and presentation skills - Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain positive project team members and internal Science 37 relationships. Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nComputer skills - Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Google applications. Able to generate business correspondence, create forms and generate reports as required. Willingness to gain expertise in the use of proprietary software.\nPractices professionalism and integrity in all actions - Demonstrates ability to foster concepts of teamwork, cooperation, self- control, and flexibility to get the work done.
