Job Summary

As a Product Specialist, you will drive sales by communicating product value, building client relationships, and securing new business opportunities in the biomedical and life sciences market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls to engage and build strong relationships with customers
• Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts to expand market presence
• Maintain regular communication with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand and address their needs
• Generate and qualify leads to secure new business opportunities and close sales effectively
• Establish and manage relationships with key decision makers within target accounts to influence purchasing decisions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and develop tailored sales proposals
• Apply scientific and technical expertise to provide innovative solutions that meet diverse customer requirements
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate resources and advance the sales process strategically

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any life science discipline
• Sales experience in clinical, biomedical, or life science environments with an existing customer base is advantageous
