Associate DSEs take in ideas from across the business, build pilots for the ones that are prioritized, test them with the people who will use them, and measure whether they work. Pilots that prove out are handed to the delivery team for production builds.\nAssociate DSEs are encouraged to try modern AI tools and test ideas quickly. Strong performers can grow into the Digital Solutions Engineer role as they take on more ownership.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (and doing well!)\nSpend time with field and office teams, take in their ideas, and check whether SAP or a tool we already have can do the job before anything new is built.\nBuild and configure pilot tools using AI, automation, and workflow platforms, starting from use cases prioritized by the Chief Digital Officer.\nTest pilots with the people who will use them, measure whether they save time or improve results, and refine them based on what you learn.\nWork with the analytics and systems teams to get the data a pilot needs.\nDocument on how each pilot works, what was tested, and what was learned, and share results in short, clear updates.\nSupport the handoff of validated pilots to the delivery team for production builds.\nReview AI tools that teams and departments build for themselves before they are shared more widely.\nHelp run tools once they are live by watching answer quality, fixing wrong answers, and flagging tools that are not showing value.\nWHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU\nCurious about how a business runs and how technology can make the work easier.\nHands-on builder who learns new tools quickly.\nInterest in applying AI and automation to practical, everyday problems.\nPrefers simple, testable approaches and is comfortable trying something, measuring it, and adjusting.\nAsks good questions, takes direction well, and follows work through to the end.\nClear communicator who can explain technical ideas in plain terms.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nWorking knowledge of Python or a similar language, plus basic data skills (SQL, spreadsheets, or data analysis tools).\nFamiliarity with modern AI tools and concepts, including LLMs, prompt design, copilots, and workflow
