This opportunity is ideal for someone who has experience leading a team in the construction industry and is ready to support as a resource for ensuring accurate engineering and project completion while being part of a vibrant national organization.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)\nEnsure all associates embrace the safety culture and comply with all safety initiatives. \nSupervise, train, and develop all technicians or other associates within leadership span of control. \nEnsure the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of install, service, warranty, and emergency jobs. \nEnsure estimating and engineering standards are utilized and installed accordingly.\nEnsure all projects are completed on time and on budget.\nProvide technical support related to installation methods for all field employees.\nDevelop and drive recovery plans for projects with existing or future cost overruns.\nProvide input for strategic solutions surrounding obsolete equipment, antiquated systems, and complex system upgrades.\nFollow up on customer satisfaction issues and drive resolution.\nAssist the Operations Manager in driving utilization and field productivity amongst all field employees\nBuild a high-performance culture to include engagement reviews, development initiatives, and other performance management.\nSupport Project Managers related to project risks, conflict resolution and establishment of project recovery plans.\nDevelop and build contractor, customer, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.\nPromote the securing of change orders by ensuring work outside scope is identified and captured.\nEnsure compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and ensure that installation business is conducted with the highest ethical standards.\nWHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU\nMinimum two years project or operations leadership experience in the Fire and Life Safety or construction business.\nAbility to effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals, including company leadership, field techs, customers, and vendors.\nStrong, positive team builder with leadership ability.\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency.\nCustomer-focused;
