This position will work closely with our Project Management teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery of parts to job site locations, while keeping our warehouse inventory up to date and organized. The ideal candidate will have great communication and organizational skills. This is a key position for our growing team, which requires attention to detail in all aspects of assisting with parts delivery to ensure timely completion of projects. Communication skills, both verbal and written, are important elements of the position.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (and doing well!)\nProcess incoming shipments of materials and validate received items against purchase documents and record in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system\nProcess outgoing shipments of materials to customers, including packing and shipping documents. \nManage inventory movements and ensure all inventory is stored properly in assigned location.\nPerform monthly cycle counts. \nPick and load parts requested, and record inventory assignments.\nUnload parts requested and return to stock, and record in the ERP system. \nPrepare outgoing packages, including packing and shipping label.\nGeneral housekeeping of warehouse, as needed. \nPerform other duties as assigned by Controller, Operations Manager, or General Manager\nDeliver materials to job site, if requested by supervisor.\nResponsible to ensure all employees embrace our safety culture and comply with all safety initiatives. \nWHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU\nTwo to five years of experience in warehouse management.\nValid driver’s license with clean driving record.\nExcellent organization and communication skills. \nStrong technology skills, including using common ERP systems for Warehousing, MS Office.\nAbility to handle heavy equipment (i.e., forklift) to process incoming or outgoing shipments.\nTwo to five years of experience driving and delivering inventory (large truck/dual rear wheel vehicle). \nDemonstrated knowledge of OSHA safety standards. \nForklift certification.\nWHAT
