Whether you've been excelling in carrier sales and want to move to the shipper side, or you've started your logistics sales career and are looking for the structure and support to take it further, this role is built for you.\nNew team members begin with a structured training period, working directly alongside senior sales leadership to learn our sales process, CRM, and lead generation platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nProspect and develop new shipper relationships through outbound calls, emails, Linkedin and referrals\nBuild and manage a pipeline of domestic freight brokerage opportunities\nSell transportation solutions including truckload, LTL, expedited, dedicated, and other domestic transportation services\nDevelop long term relationships with shippers and key decision makers\nUnderstand customer transportation challenges and recommend solutions based on service, capacity, pricing, and operational needs\nCollaborate closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure successful onboarding and consistent execution\nIdentify opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue and shipment volume\nMaintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline information, and sales reporting\nQualifications\nExperience: 1 to 2 years of sales experience within logistics, freight brokerage, or third party logistics (3PL) required\nCarrier sales experience strongly considered for candidates looking to transition to the customer side\nSolid understanding of domestic truckload and freight brokerage\nTrack record of strong performance and results in your current role\nComfortable with high volume prospecting and outbound calling\nStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills\nCoachable, competitive, and driven to grow\nEducation: Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience strongly considered\nWhat Matters to You\nStructured training working side by side with experienced sales leadership\nAccess to our CRM and lead generation platform from day one\nStrong operational support so you can focus on selling and growing your accounts\nA clear path to build your own customer base and advance your career\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompetitive base salary\nCompetitive monthly commission structure tied to performance\nOpportunities for continued career growth and advancement\nOur comprehensive package of benefits includes:\nMedical | Dental | Vision | Basic Life and AD&D Insurance | Paid Time Off | 401K\nReady to build something?
