well!)\nProcess Intelligence Strategy\nDevelop and execute the enterprise process intelligence strategy.\nEstablish process mining and process analytics as core capabilities within the Process Excellence CoE.\nDefine the roadmap for SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and related analytics capabilities.\nEstablish standards for process discovery, process mining, conformance analysis, root-cause analysis, and process performance measurement.\nIdentify high-value processes and prioritize them for analytics and continuous improvement.\nBusiness Process Management\nDevelop and maintain the enterprise process architecture and process hierarchy.\nEstablish and maintain L0-L4 process models and process relationships.\nDefine process ownership, accountability, and governance.\nEnsure processes are documented consistently using enterprise BPM standards.\nIdentify process dependencies and cross-functional impacts.\nMaintain the enterprise process repository within SAP Signavio.\nSignavio Process Modeling\nDevelop and maintain business process models using SAP Signavio Process Manager.\nFacilitate process discovery and documentation workshops with business stakeholders.\nDocument current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.\nApply modeling standards, naming conventions, process attributes, and governance rules.\nEnsure process models are understandable to both business and technical stakeholders.\nEstablish reusable process components and standardized process patterns.\nProcess Mining & Analytics\nLead the development of process-mining analyses using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.\nAnalyze actual process execution using SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise-system data.\nIdentify bottlenecks, process deviations, rework, delays, automation opportunities, and unnecessary process variants.\nPerform conformance checking between designed processes and actual execution.\nDevelop process-performance models and analytical methodologies.\nTranslate complex data into actionable business recommendations.\nProcess Performance Management\nEstablish enterprise process KPIs and measurement frameworks.\nDevelop dashboards and analytical views that provide visibility into end-to-end process performance.\nEstablish process baselines and measure improvements over time.\nMonitor cycle time, throughput, first-time-right performance, rework, exceptions, compliance, and other relevant metrics.\nDevelop executive-level reporting on process performance and improvement opportunities.\nSAP S/4HANA & Enterprise Data\nPartner with SAP functional teams to understand the underlying transactional data supporting business processes.\nDevelop analytical models using SAP S/4HANA data and related enterprise systems.\nUnderstand relationships between business processes, transactions, master data, and organizational structures.\nSupport extraction and preparation of event-log data required for process mining.\nIdentify opportunities to improve data quality where data limitations affect process analysis.\nTranslate SAP transactional data into meaningful business-process insights.\nProcess Improvement & Transformation\nPartner with Process Owners to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.\nQuantify the financial and operational impact of process issues.\nSupport Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and business-transformation initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities for process standardization and simplification.\nIdentify opportunities for workflow automation and intelligent automation.\nSupport SAP S/4HANA transformation and optimization initiatives.\nMeasure whether transformation initiatives achieve their intended business outcomes.\nExecutive & Business Partnership\nPresent process intelligence findings to senior executives and business leaders.\nDevelop compelling, data-driven business cases for process improvement.\nFacilitate executive and
