The initial focus of this role is Procore functional training as part of an enterprise-wide transformation program, with SAP S/4HANA Project Systems training as a secondary responsibility. Over time, the scope of training will expand to include all facets required to successfully deliver customer Projects for Sciens. This role partners with business process owners, functional consultants, change management teams, and project leadership to ensure employees are prepared to effectively use Procore and related Project Delivery solutions.\nThe trainer develops engaging learning materials, facilitates instructor-led and virtual training, creates e-learning content, and measures user adoption to support a successful Procore-enabled transformation.\nWhat You'll Be Doing (and Doing Well!)\nTraining Strategy & Planning\nDevelop and execute the Procore training strategy aligned with project milestones.\nPerform training needs assessments across business functions.\nBuild role-based learning paths for end users, super users, managers, and support teams.\nCoordinate training schedules with project managers and business stakeholders.\nContent Development\nCreate instructor-led training materials, participant guides, quick reference cards, job aids, simulations, videos, and e-learning modules.\nDevelop role-specific training exercises using Procore project and field-management scenarios.\nMaintain training documentation as Procore and related system functionality evolves.\nEnsure materials align with organizational standards and branding.\nTraining Delivery\nDeliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on Procore training sessions.\nFacilitate workshops and system demonstrations.\nSupport Train-the-Trainer programs.\nCoach business super users and local champions.\nUser Adoption\nMonitor learner participation and training completion.\nAssess learner competency through quizzes and practical exercises.\nCollect feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.\nSupport user adoption initiatives during go-live and hypercare.\nBusiness Collaboration\nPartner with Functional Leads across Procore modules (Project Management, Financials, Field Productivity, Quality & Safety) and, as needed, SAP functional areas including Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Sales (SD), SAP C4C, and SAP CPQ.\nTranslate business processes into easy-to-understand learning content.\nParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to understand new functionality.\nChange Management Support\nSupport Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.\nAssist with communications regarding system changes.\nReinforce new business processes and standard operating procedures.\nWhat We Like About You\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Information Systems, Education, or a related field.\nTravel nationally up to 20% to support business objectives, team engagement, and operational alignment.\nExperience\n3+ years of Procore functional training, implementation, or administration experience.\nExperience supporting at least one full Procore rollout or enterprise system implementation.\nStrong understanding of construction project delivery and ERP business processes.\nExperience developing learning materials using Microsoft Office and digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe or similar).\nExcellent presentation and facilitation skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nSkills\nDeep working knowledge of Procore - Project Management, Financial Management, and Field Productivity tools.\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).\nExperience working within an Agile implementation methodology.\nProsci Change Management certification or similar is a plus.\nProcore Certification (Project Manager, Administrator, or equivalent) is highly desirable.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience Training Users On One or More of the Following\n Procore -
