The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MECM, Windows 10/11 deployments, VMware Horizon VDI, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint migration projects, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives, optimize endpoint performance, and ensure security and compliance across the organization.\nMandatory Skill-set\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.\nMust have experience in End User Computing (EUC) solution design, implementation, and support;\nHands-on expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM);\nProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, bulk deployments, and endpoint administration;\nExperience with operating system deployment, imaging, task sequences, and Windows 10/11 upgrades using MECM;\nExperience in Windows patch management, software updates, and endpoint compliance management;\nStrong knowledge of endpoint provisioning, configuration, inventory, and lifecycle management;\nExperience with Windows desktops, laptops, and enterprise endpoint management;\nKnowledge of MECM infrastructure components, including site servers, distribution points, management points, boundaries, boundary groups, and client health;\nUnderstanding of endpoint security, encryption, access controls, and organizational compliance requirements;\nDesired Skill-set\nRelevant Microsoft certifications in endpoint management or modern workplace technologies would be an advantage.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and implement scalable EUC solutions covering desktops, laptops, tablets, thin clients, and virtual desktop environments.\nManage MECM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, management points, boundaries, boundary groups, client deployments, and overall infrastructure health;\nDesign, maintain, and troubleshoot MECM task sequences for Windows 10/11 imaging, deployment, upgrades, and migrations;\nManage application packaging, testing, deployment, software distribution, and application troubleshooting across enterprise endpoints;\nPlan and execute Windows security updates, monthly patch cycles, software updates, compliance monitoring, and remediation activities;\nOversee device provisioning, configuration, inventory, software installation, compliance, and retirement;\nSupport MECM and Intune integration, endpoint co-management, cloud-based device management, and migration to modern management solutions;\nImplement and maintain VMware Horizon and thin client environments, ensuring availability, performance, and a consistent user experience;\nLead endpoint migration initiatives, Windows operating system upgrades, application migrations, and transitions from on-premises to cloud-based management;\nDevelop PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint provisioning, application deployment, patching, troubleshooting, and routine administrative tasks;\nImplement endpoint security controls, BitLocker encryption, security policies, compliance baselines, and patch compliance reporting;\nMonitor EUC infrastructure and endpoint health, analyze MECM logs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions;\nProvide architectural guidance, conduct technical reviews, coordinate implementation activities, and mentor junior engineers;\nMaintain architecture documents, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and
