The role will focus on ensuring the reliability, usability, and performance of customer-facing digital platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.\nMandatory Skill-set\nDegree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field;\nMust have at least 2-5 of software testing experience, preferably within banking or financial services;\nMinimum 2 years of software testing experience, preferably in web and mobile applications;\nExperience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing;\nHands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android);\nExposure to API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger;\nBasic understanding of cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure preferred);\nExperience with JIRA or similar defect management tools;\nStrong analytical and communication skills.\nDesired Skill-set\nExperience in banking, payments, fintech, or digital platforms;\nBasic SQL knowledge for data validation;\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery environments.\nResponsibilities\nAnalyse business requirements, user stories, and enhancement requests to identify test scope and coverage;\nDesign, prepare, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for web and mobile applications;\nPerform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across mobile and digital platforms;\nValidate API integrations, data flows, and system interactions between applications and backend services;\nConduct testing across multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers to ensure consistent user experience;\nLog, track, and retest defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders to drive timely resolution;\nSupport cloud-based application testing and assist in issue investigation and root cause analysis;\nDocument test results, testing evidence, and defect
