infrastructure environments.\nDesired Skill-set\nCertifications in Workplace Technology, Cloud, or Networking (preferred but not mandatory);\nFamiliarity with financial services industry, Telco operations, and regulatory requirements;\nKnowledge of ITIL framework, IT service management, and Agile methodologies.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and implement standardization of workplace technology and infrastructure across the organization;\nImplement and manage end-user devices, telephony, collaboration, productivity tools, and managed print;\nManage network infrastructure including WAN, LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, and remote access technologies;\nDrive service recovery and minimize system downtime, tracking SLAs for service providers;\nExperiment with, evaluate, and recommend new workplace technologies;\nStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements;\nEnsure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory
