You will lead QA initiatives, mentor and manage QA engineers, establish scalable automation practices, and oversee end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, backend services, integrations, and complex enterprise workflows.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have 9+ years of QA/Quality Engineering experience, including proven leadership experience, with a strong background in B2B enterprise technology platforms, SaaS products, or complex enterprise applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn and drive the overall QA strategy, quality roadmap, test approach, and quality processes for the platform.\nLead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical direction, guidance, and performance feedback.\nBuild and maintain a strong QA culture focused on automation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.\nDefine team goals, allocate QA resources, plan testing activities, and ensure timely delivery across releases.\nLead end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, backend services, integrations, and enterprise workflows.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks for functional, regression, API, and integration testing.\nDrive automation coverage and identify opportunities to reduce manual testing through reliable automated solutions.\nDefine and maintain test plans, test cases, regression suites, test strategies, and quality metrics.\nLead API and integration testing for complex enterprise systems and third-party integrations.\nWork closely with Engineering and Product teams to identify quality risks early and ensure testability of new features.\nOwn defect management, including prioritization, root-cause analysis, tracking, and resolution.\nEstablish and monitor quality gates and release readiness criteria.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve the reliability and efficiency of test execution.\nAnalyze production issues and collaborate with Engineering teams on root-cause analysis and preventive measures.\nEstablish QA best practices, standards, processes, and documentation across the organization.\nMentor QA engineers on automation, test design, debugging, API testing, and quality engineering practices.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer-facing teams to understand enterprise use cases and ensure comprehensive test coverage.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\n9+ years of experience in Software QA, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing.\nProven leadership experience, including leading, mentoring, and managing QA engineers or QA teams.\nStrong experience in B2B enterprise software, SaaS platforms, enterprise technology products, or complex business applications.\nStrong hands-on experience in test automation and automation framework development.\nExperience with automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.\nStrong experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, integrations, and distributed systems.\nExperience with SQL/database validation and backend testing.\nExperience integrating automated tests with\n\nLeadership Expectations\n\nLead the QA team with clear objectives, priorities, and measurable quality goals.\nMentor team members and support their technical and professional development.\nEstablish scalable QA processes suitable for a growing enterprise technology organization.\nDrive adoption of automation and modern Quality Engineering practices.\nPartner with Engineering leadership to improve development and release quality.\nIdentify quality risks and communicate them clearly to technical and business stakeholders.\nTake ownership of overall product quality and continuously improve QA effectiveness.\n\nGood to Have\n\nExperience testing enterprise data platforms, AI/ML platforms, analytics platforms, or complex B2B workflows.\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with performance/load testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Gatling.\nExperience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.\nExperience with event-driven architectures, message queues, or data pipelines.\nExperience setting up or scaling QA teams and processes in a growing technology organization.\nExposure to security, accessibility, performance, or reliability testing.\n\nPreferred Candidate Background\n\nCandidates should ideally come from B2B enterprise technology companies, SaaS platforms,
