The role will focus on developing domestic and international markets, expanding partnerships, and accelerating business growth in the Animal Nutrition industry.\nKey Roles & Responsibilities\nLead the Specialty Feed Ingredients business strategy and drive revenue growth globally.\nIdentify and develop new opportunities in Animal Nutrition and Feed industry.\nExpand domestic and international markets through strategic partnerships and key accounts.\nBuild strong relationships with feed manufacturers, distributors, and global customers.\nDrive product portfolio expansion including specialty additives and functional feed ingredients.\nCollaborate with R&D, sourcing, and commercial teams to develop innovative solutions for customers.\nTrack market trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive intelligence in the feed industry.\nBuild and lead a high-performing business team to accelerate market expansion.\nQualifications & Experience\nMaster’s/PhD in Animal Nutrition,Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in Feed Ingredients / Animal Nutrition industry.\nProven track record in business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.\nExperience working with global customers and international markets preferred.\nIf you are a startup enthusiast and like working with fast paced and high growth teams, join the team.
