relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Growth & Strategy\nDevelop and execute category growth strategy for Oleochemicals and Lubricants.\nDrive revenue, profitability, and market expansion across domestic and international markets.\nIdentify high-growth products, market opportunities, and emerging industry trends.\nCategory & Portfolio Management\nBuild and expand the product portfolio across oleochemicals and lubricant ingredients.\nIdentify new principals, manufacturers, and supplier partnerships globally.\nManage product lifecycle, pricing strategy, positioning, and inventory planning.\nBusiness Development & Customer Acquisition\nDevelop relationships with key customers across lubricant manufacturers, industrial users, metalworking fluid companies, grease manufacturers, and specialty chemical formulators.\nLead strategic customer discussions, negotiations, and commercial agreements.\nDrive new business acquisition and key account growth.\nSupply Chain & Sourcing\nEstablish strong partnerships with domestic and international manufacturers.\nEnsure reliable sourcing, cost optimization, and supply continuity.\nCollaborate with procurement and operations teams to improve margins and service levels.\nLeadership & P&L Ownership\nOwn category P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets.\nBuild and mentor a high-performing commercial team.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sourcing, operations, quality, regulatory, and finance.\nPreferred Product Experience\nOleochemicals\nFatty Acids\nFatty Alcohols\nEsters\nGlycerine\nDistilled Fatty Acids\nOleic Acid\nStearic Acid\nMethyl Esters\nSurfactant Intermediates\nLubricants & Additives\nBase Oils (Group I, II, III)\nSynthetic Base Stocks\nEster-Based Lubricants\nIndustrial Lubricants\nMetalworking Fluids\nGreases\nAntioxidants\nCorrosion Inhibitors\nViscosity Modifiers\nAnti-wear Additives\nPerformance Additives\nPreferred Background\n10+ years of experience in Oleochemicals, Lubricants, Specialty Chemicals, or Industrial Chemicals.\nStrong commercial experience in category management, business development, sourcing, and product management.\nDemonstrated experience handling strategic supplier and customer relationships.\nProven track record of revenue generation and P&L ownership.\nStrong understanding of global
