The role covers the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding paperwork to exit formalities, along with the events, sports and recognition programmes that shape our culture.\nYou will be the first point of contact for employee queries and the person who keeps HR records, dashboards and statutory coordination accurate. The goal is a structured, employee-centric workplace with efficient HR operations, controlled costs and full process compliance.\nKey responsibilities\nHR operations\nManage employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding from offer acceptance to full and final settlement.\nKeep employee records complete and current across the employee lifecycle, including confirmations, transfers and exits.\nEmployee engagement\nPlan and run monthly engagement initiatives, celebrations and employee-connect activities.\nTrack participation and feedback, and use it to improve the next activity.\nEvents and celebrations\nOrganise annual events, festivals, Foundation Day, town halls, team outings and office parties.\nManage vendors, logistics and spend so every event runs on time and within the approved budget.\nSports and wellness\nOrganise cricket, indoor games and sports tournaments.\nRun employee wellness activities through the year.\nCulture and communication\nDrive company values through internal communication and culture-building initiatives.\nRun employee recognition programmes and collect employee feedback every quarter.\nHR helpdesk and employee support\nAnswer employee queries on policies, leave, attendance and benefits.\nCoordinate with payroll, finance and managers to resolve issues within the defined turnaround time.\nHR MIS and compliance\nMaintain HR dashboards, employee data, attendance and leave records.\nCoordinate statutory requirements and share accurate reports on schedule.\nAdmin coordination\nWork with the Admin team on office facilities, employee amenities and event requirements.\nFollow up on workplace issues until they are closed.\nExperience and education\n3 to 4 years in HR operations, employee engagement or an HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-growing company.\nGraduate in any discipline. An MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred.\nExperience running employee events end to end, including vendors and budgets.\nSkills\nHands-on experience with an HRMS. We use Keka.\nStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills for HR MIS, attendance and leave reporting.\nWorking knowledge of onboarding and exit documentation and basic statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC and gratuity.\nClear written and spoken English.
