The role involves developing, formulating, and characterizing advanced polymeric and composite materials for diverse industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in polymer chemistry, material characterization, formulation development, and composite processing.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and optimize polymer and composite formulations to meet targeted performance requirements.\nConduct laboratory-scale experiments related to polymer synthesis, compounding, blending, and composite fabrication.\nDevelop and evaluate thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers, biopolymers, fiber-reinforced composites, and specialty materials.\nInvestigate structure-property relationships and recommend material modifications to improve performance.\nPerform material characterization and analyze experimental data to support product development.\nExecute application trials, pilot-scale studies, process validation, and scale-up activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, and business development.\nSupport new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.\nTroubleshoot formulation, processing, and application-related challenges.\nMaintain accurate laboratory records, technical reports, SOPs, and
