The role requires strong expertise in laboratory operations, analytical techniques, documentation, and regulatory compliance within the specialty chemicals industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform quality control testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per approved specifications and test methods.\nConduct routine and non-routine analysis using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, KF, FTIR, IC, and other laboratory equipment.\nReview analytical data, investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results, and implement corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with SOPs, quality systems, laboratory safety standards, and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor and maintain laboratory instruments, calibration schedules, and documentation.\nCoordinate with Production, R&D, Process Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve quality-related issues.\nSupport audits, inspections, and customer quality assessments.\nPrepare and maintain laboratory records, COAs, stability reports, and quality documentation.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and laboratory efficiency.\nLead and mentor QC chemists and analysts to ensure operational excellence.\nExperience & desired skills\n6-10 years of experience in Quality Control within Specialty Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Fluorochemicals, Fine Chemicals, or Chemical Manufacturing industries.\nStrong analytical chemistry knowledge.\nHands-on experience with HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, KF, and wet chemistry analysis.\nKnowledge of ISO, GMP, GLP, and quality management systems.\nRoot cause analysis and problem-solving skills.\nGood documentation and reporting skills.\nTeam management and stakeholder coordination
