The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in store management, logistics coordination, and the safe handling and storage of chemicals and laboratory materials.\nThe role requires a strong understanding of inventory control, compliance requirements, and chemical storage practices to ensure smooth R&D operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day store and warehouse operations for the R&D facility.\nReceive, inspect, and record incoming materials, chemicals, consumables, and equipment.\nEnsure proper storage, segregation, labeling, and handling of chemicals according to their compatibility and hazard classification.\nMaintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including vendor deliveries and material dispatches.\nMaintain all relevant documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), stock registers, delivery challans, and inventory reports.\nConduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.\nEnsure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements related to chemical storage.\nMaintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) and ensure their accessibility within the facility.\nCoordinate with R&D, procurement, quality, and operations teams to support ongoing projects.\nEnsure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 5S practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Warehouse Management, or a related field.\n2-6 years of experience in store management, warehouse operations, or logistics, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, or R&D environments.\nBasic understanding of chemical classifications, hazardous materials handling, and storage requirements.\nKnowledge of inventory management systems and ERP platforms.\nFamiliarity with MSDS/SDS documentation and EHS regulations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.\nUnderstanding of chemical compatibility and
