JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the local SEO strategy and performance for Dignity Memorial locations, including Google Business Profiles, local listings, location pages, and local search visibility.

• Develop strategies to improve map pack rankings, local organic visibility, and location-driven traffic and conversions.

• Establish standards for NAP consistency, local page optimization, and location-based structured data.

• Use performance data, competitive insights, and market trends to identifyand prioritize local SEO growth opportunities.

• Lead agency partners responsible for local SEO, setting priorities, and evaluating recommendations and results.

Education

• A Bachelor's’ Degree in marketing or business related field.

Experience

• 5-7 years of digital marketing experience
• 3 years of onsite and offsite Search Engine Optimization
• Experience partnering with product and IT to deliver technical solutions that improve SEO
• Experience with web analytics
• Experience managing agency partnerships
• Google Search Console
• SEO tools like SEMRush, MOZ, Surfer SEO, BrightEdge

• Work indoors during all seasons and weather conditions
• Comply with Corporate dress code policy

Work Postures

• Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day
• May climb stairs to access buildings

• Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers and phone usage

Work Hours

• Working beyond “standard” hours as the need arises
• Travel up to 10%
