When you work for Sciolex Corporation, you are working for a stable company that values you and is committed to ensuring you receive the utmost employee care.\nResponsibilities\nThe File Clerk is a permanent, full-time position supporting the overall mission of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by facilitating the operations of a local Field Office. As a File Clerk, your responsibilities would include:\nPerforming file operations and maintenance including file storage, maintenance, interfiling, consolidations, searches and respond to file requests,\nUpdating government systems,\nRegularly performing audits of file rooms within the establishment and traveling to other government facilities for file audits\nConnecting incoming correspondence to shelved files,\nScanning large multi-page documents\nFiling copies of naturalization certificates and notices and close out citizenship ceremonies,\nProviding support for the processing of forms and applications used in the adjudication process,\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications & Physical Requirements\nPay rate: $18.55\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMust be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services\nAbility to read and understand proficiently in English\nAbility to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment\nAbility to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching\nAt Sciolex Corporation, our top priorities and most valuable resources are our employees, which is why we offer a competitive total compensation package.
