12 full-stack and backend engineers.\n\n- Run structured 1 : 1s, quarterly performance reviews, and career development conversations.\n\n- Drive hiring for the India engineering org.\n\n- Foster a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Collaborate with senior engineers and US architects on system design and technical direction.\n\n- Make sound technology trade-off decisions across the MERN + PostgreSQL + AWS stack.\n\n- Own and evolve the code review process and define engineering best practices.\n\n- Establish sprint cadences, definition of done, and engineering SLAs.\n\nTech Stack : \n\n- Frontend : React.js, React Native\n\n- Backend : Node.js (Express), REST APIs\n\n- Database : PostgreSQL\n\n- Cloud & Infra : AWS (ECS, RDS, ALB, Cognito, S3, CloudWatch)\n\n- Integrations : HL7 FHIR R4, Mirth Connect, Epic App Orchard, athenahealth\n\nQualifications : \n\n- 8 -
