around FHIR R4 EHR integrations and data pipelines.\nProvide engineering effort estimates and technical risk assessments for planning cycles.\nTech Stack and Environment:\nFrontend: React.js, React Native (mobile).\nBackend: Node.js (Express), REST APIs.\nDatabase: PostgreSQL (multi-schema, complex queries, views).\nCloud and Infra: AWS (ECS, RDS, ALB, Cognito, S3 CloudWatch), us-east-1 Multi-AZ.\nIntegrations: HL7 FHIR R4 Mirth Connect, Epic App Orchard, Athenahealth.\nRequirements:\n8-13 years of total software engineering experience, with 4+ years managing or technically leading a team.\nStrong hands-on proficiency in Node.js and React.js (MERN minus MongoDB).\nDeep experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and connection management.\nProven ability to lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews.\nExperience running or significantly contributing to engineering process setup: code review culture, sprint processes, on-call/incident management.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, comfortable with async US-India collaboration.\nPreferred:\nHands-on AWS experience with ECS, RDS, ALB, or similar managed services.\nFamiliarity with Mirth Connect or healthcare interoperability middleware.\nPrior startup or scale-up experience where you helped build engineering culture from
