soepele communicatie en afstemming.\n\nJe analyseert, toetst en optimaliseert bestaande bedrijfsprocessen – of ontwerpt nieuwe die onze groei en operationele uitmuntendheid ondersteunen.\n\nJe vertaalt zakelijke vereisten naar robuuste IT/ERP-oplossingen en begeleidt de ERP-partner tijdens de implementatie.\n\nJe coördineert en voert functionele tests uit met key users en de ERP-partner om een hoogwaardige oplevering te garanderen.\n\nSamen met je 3 ERP-collega's bied je ERP-ondersteuning na de livegang aan de afdelingen Operations, Productie, Planning, Magazijn, Inkoop, S&OP, Verkoop, Service en Financiën.\n\nJe definieert, bewaakt en verbetert continu de integraties tussen ERP en ons bredere IT-landschap.\n\nJe identificeert kansen voor automatisering, AI-gedreven verbeteringen en digitale innovatie en je inspireert gebruikers.\n\nJe rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de IT-manager.\n\nJe behaalde een master in Handelswetenschappen, Handelsingenieur of een gelijkwaardige opleiding op basis van je werkervaring.\n\nJe hebt meerdere jaren praktijkervaring in het ERP-landschap, bij voorkeur met een sterke focus op Operations & Supply Chain.\n\nJe beschikt over gedegen en brede kennis van ERP-platforms.\n\nJe hebt een goed inzicht in de belangrijkste bedrijfsprocessen: Operations, Productie, Bedrijfsplanning, Magazijnbeheer, Verkoop, Service en Inkoop.\n\nJe bent vertrouwd met Supply Chain-tools zoals MES, MRP en WMS.\n\nJe hebt een goed begrip van financiële processen (debiteuren, crediteuren, grootboek, vaste activa, kostenberekening).\n\nJe hebt bewezen projectmanagementvaardigheden en ervaring met het werken in multifunctionele teams.\n\nJe hebt een analytische instelling met sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een toewijding aan hoge kwaliteit.\n\nJe beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.\n\nJe voelt je thuis in een internationale, dynamische bedrijfsomgeving.\n\nJe bent zelfstandig, proactief en oplossingsgericht.\n\nJe beschikt over sterke documentatievaardigheden en hebt oog voor detail.\n\nJe bent leergierig, blijft op de hoogte van
