We are currently looking for a Facility Officer\nAs Facility Officer, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our facilities. You ensure that our buildings, technical installations and facility services are properly maintained and functioning efficiently. Combining technical knowledge with a hands-on approach, you play a key role in supporting a safe and well-organized working environment.\nYour responsibilities\nManage and follow up on the daily facility operations across our sites.\n\nFollow up on the maintenance and operation of building installations such as HVAC, electricity, access control systems and other technical infrastructure.\n\nEnsure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out correctly and on time.\n\nAct as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers.\n\nCoordinate and follow up on facility services including building maintenance, cleaning and green area maintenance.\n\nSupport operational tasks and technical interventions when needed.\n\nKeep facility-related administration and documentation up to date.\n\nWork closely with the Facility Manager and Facility Technician to ensure all facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained.\n\nRequirements\nYour profile\nBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a technical or facility-related role.\n\nGood technical knowledge of building installations such as HVAC, electrical systems and related infrastructure.\n\nHands-on mentality and willing to actively support operational activities when necessary.\n\nAble to combine technical fieldwork with administrative follow-up and documentation.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and able to set the right priorities in a dynamic environment.\n\nCapable of making decisions independently when required and able to remain calm under pressure.\n\nFlexible attitude and willing to handle occasional interventions outside normal working hours.\n\nTeam player with good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.\n\nGood knowledge of Dutch and English.
