of the international sales team, the Sales Manager ATC nurtures an existing customer base consisting of end users and system integrators in the Air Traffic Management market.\nMain regions of focus the region in line with the objectives set by the Senior Sales Director.\n\nMaintain and enhance commercial contact with existing customer base and manage the entire sales cycle, including product presentations, quotations and contractual negotiations.\n\nEstablish sales action plans to achieve bookings and revenue targets.\n\nManage and communicate progress against set targets via accurate and timely reporting, including forecasting via CRM.\n\nAssess competitive products, industry trends and identify market opportunities.\n\nUnderstand and live by ScioTeq’s ethics and business conduct policies.\n\nRequirements\nYou have a master’s degree in engineering or business (master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field desirable) or equivalent by experience\n\nYou have exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver high-level presentations and communicate at C-Level within DoD/MoD and prime contractor base.\n\nYou have at least 7 years of technical sales ( electronics, mechanics, software, firmware and network protocols( i.e. Linux, XML, SNMP)…) and marketing experience of multi-level selling in an international technical B2B environment.\n\nA background in or familiarity with the Air Traffic Management sector (Tower and ACC environment, standards and specifications, government type contracts) is a definite plus.\n\nProven track record of successful year-on-year business growth and demonstrated ability to close deals.\n\nEffective networking skills and capability to build strong customer relationships at all levels of organizational hierarchy.\n\nComfortable with long sales cycles.\n\nLanguages: proficiency in English is a minimum for this position.\n\nAbility to travel as required, up to 50% or more at given
