The role combines business ownership, product leadership, data-driven decision-making and the use of AI tools to improve efficiency, accelerate execution and find new growth opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide a clear, transparent product vision and own the roadmap, aligned with business objectives, player needs and long-term growth.\nMake final decisions on release scope, bug fixes and feature direction.\nBe accountable for game identity, game design strategy, monetization strategy and execution.\nDrive performance, engagement, retention and monetization through data-driven strategies and continuous optimization.\nWork with executives to secure alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders on product direction.\nEnsure strong talent at lead and director levels;
