including hiring manager kickoffs, day-to-day process management and reference checks.\nRecruit for local and global roles across different markets and time zones.\nPartner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.\nSource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and creative recruiting methods.\nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines.\nUse Applicant Tracking Systems, HR technologies and AI tools to support effective recruitment.\nProvide a positive and engaging candidate experience.\nSupport process improvements and contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects.\nRequirements\n2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.\nExperience managing and coordinating recruitment processes in partnership with hiring managers.\nExperience recruiting for global or international roles is an advantage.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.\nStrategic, organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nProactive, adaptable and eager to learn and introduce new ideas.\nGenuine motivation to work in a dynamic and evolving recruitment environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and
