Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $127,650.00/Yr. - USD $212,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.Description
- Providing oversight of a large contracted effort supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division at NAWCAD WOLF

Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline and ten years of relevant experience; OR a bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or business discipline and 14 years of relevant experience
- Of the minimum years of relevant experience, at least five of those years must include experience providing engineering or technical management for U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense programs
- Demonstrated experience as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the entire contracted effort overseeing multiple areas
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing execution of contract requirements
- Experience with management of multiple C5ISR platforms
- Demonstrated experience as the primary interface and point of contact with the Government COR on technical and project issues
Desired Skills
- Program Management experience in direct support of NAWCAD WOLF
- Experience managing a large contractor staff (>150 FTE)
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
