Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI agent that assists researchers.\nBuild a modular, extensible agent platform that works across multiple research domains and user segments.\nLead cross-functional execution across engineering, NLP, design, growth, and data teams to deliver an agent-first research experience.\nDo prompt engineering and evals for agentic systems.\nTranslate ambiguous user problems into structured product requirements and intelligent system behaviors.\nContinuously refine the agent through user insights, experimentation, and iterative learning loops.\nWork closely with software development teams on defining, designing, and delivering high-quality products; provide feedback on architecture, design, and priorities.\nInteract with the design team to convert product requirements into actionable prototypes.\nWork closely with engineering to flesh out the product requirements into clear, executable tasks with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.\nUse a combination of outstanding analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate and create world-class experiences.\nTake initiative. Don't wait to be asked. Plan efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis.\nProactively fill communication gaps amongst all team members.
