Applicants that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.\nSciTec is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a radar modernization program, overseeing the delivery of advanced radar modernization capabilities through agile software development, system integration, and hardware upgrade efforts.\nResponsibilities\nLead all phases of the program lifecycle, from program startup and planning through execution, delivery, and sustainment, ensuring alignment with customer mission objectives and organizational priorities. \nMaintain full accountability for program cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and risk management across software development, systems engineering, integration, test, and hardware modernization activities. \nDirect cross-functional teams in the successful execution of radar modernization initiatives, ensuring technical solutions meet operational requirements while adhering to contractual commitments. \nLead the development of competitive proposals, statements of work (SOWs), technical volumes, program plans, and contract modifications, supporting both program execution and business growth objectives. \nServe as the primary customer interface and trusted advisor, leading program reviews, technical interchange meetings, milestone reviews, and executive briefings to communicate program status, technical progress, risks, opportunities, and strategic direction. \nProactively identify, manage, and communicate program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to both customer stakeholders and SciTec leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. \nDrive successful execution of Agile software development activities, modernization roadmaps, and incremental capability releases through close collaboration with engineering, product, and customer teams. \nFoster long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work, capability expansion, and new business growth within the radar modernization and missile defense mission areas. \nRepresent the program during Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Integrated Design Reviews (IDRs), Sprint Reviews, Sprint Demonstrations, and other customer-facing technical and management forums. \nChampion program execution excellence by establishing clear priorities, promoting accountability, and ensuring effective coordination among engineering, operations, business, and customer stakeholders. \n Mentor and support program personnel while contributing to organizational strategy, operational improvement initiatives, and the overall success of the company. \n Perform additional duties as assigned in support of program, customer, and organizational objectives.\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience managing complex Department of Defense (DoD) hardware and software development programs.\nDemonstrated success leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering programs on cost, on schedule, and within technical requirements.\nExperience with radar, sensor systems, command-and-control (C2), missile defense, or related defense mission areas.\nStrong understanding of program management disciplines, including risk management, financial management, contract execution, and customer engagement.\nExperience supporting Agile software development programs and leading customer-facing technical and program reviews.\nExcellent written, verbal, briefing, and presentation skills.\nProven ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and senior leadership.\nStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nActive Secret security clearance;
