This position is an entry point into high-growth eCommerce within SCJ PRO, offering strong visibility and development opportunities.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport the execution of the eCommerce channel strategy, contributing to sales, profitability, and growth targets\nLead and support retail readiness and catalog clean-up with our ecommerce agency partner\nLead and support retail media strategy for Amazon\nManage day-to-day operations for Amazon, including assortment, content, pricing, and promotions - Main point of contact for AVS Amazon team\nCollaborate with Marketing and Customer marketing to support other and other eCommerce distributors platforms\nAnalyze Amazon performance KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, availability, and share of search, and translate insights into actions\nSupport the development of tentpole events plans, forecasts, and promotional calendars\nPrepare analyses and materials for customer meetings, negotiations, and joint business planning\nCoordinate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, to ensure product availability and campaign execution\nIdentify opportunities to improve digital shelf quality and online visibility\nContribute to the onboarding and development of new eCommerce customers and platforms, including marketplaces and distributors\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field\n2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial role\nQualified Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS\nStructured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset\nStrong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and data driven insights\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong collaboration and communication skills across functions\nProactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and grow\nCustomer-centric thinking with a passion for digital commerce\nComfort working in a fast-pacing environment and matrix organization\nExperience with Amazon (Vendor Central / Seller Central) or online marketplaces\nExperience with eCommerce KPIs, retail media and digital shelf optimization\nExperience in eCommerce, with FMCG, Start-Ups or other digital commerce businesses\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nFull-time position, regular business hours, Monday-Friday\n\nThis role is located at the SC Johnson Professional Corporate Office in Charlotte, NC\n\nRemote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period\n\nDomestic relocation is not available for this role\n\nOther duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice as assigned by the Manager.
