Individuals in this role must be capable of solving on-the-job issues using effective critical thinking and decision-making skills. This person is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members of the Kings Gym community. Additionally, the receptionist will deliver quality customer service by assisting members in achieving their long-term fitness goals. Duties and Responsibilities Including but not limited to:\nProvide customer service by interacting with members\nAssisting with queries\nSelling merchandise\nUpgrading memberships\nEducating members on equipment use, and answering questions.\nActively supervise the gym floor by completing regular floor checks.\nMaintain a clean and organised workspace behind the reception counter.\nAct professionally and uphold Kings Gym policies, especially during conflict resolution with members or staff.\nPerform opening and closing procedures for the fitness floor and cardio areas.\nAttend mandatory meetings and team training sessions.\nActively market and promote current facilities and programs at the request of your manager.\nMaintain a consistent standard of performance in all daily tasks.\nCommunicate clearly and concisely with members, emergency medical services, or police when necessary.\nAdhere to all Kings Gym guidelines and comply with any reasonable requests from your line manager or the senior leadership team.\nEnsure all members are following Kings Gym policies.\nUnderstand and implement the KG Audit process\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs): Your KPIs will be agreed upon and communicated by your line manager\nWorking Hours Morning Shift: 5:15 AM - 11:00 AM\nWorking days are Monday through Sunday.
