The postholder will be responsible for contacting all referrals within two working days, arranging enrolment and induction activities within five working days, and developing the initial participant action plan before a seamless handover to the Employment Coach.\nThe role is central to ensuring contract compliance, participant tracking, performance monitoring, attendance management, and evidence collection throughout the participant journey.
