The role covers day-to-day monitoring, preventive maintenance, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to keep systems reliable and available. Work closely with the customer and technical support teams, escalating complex issues when needed. Key Responsibilities • Operate, inspect, and maintain CCTV and network systems across the customer campus to support reliable dayto-day service. • Troubleshoot CCTV issues, including loss of camera feeds, choppy video, NVR recording problems, and network connectivity faults. • Support and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, PoE switches, Wi-Fi, LAN connections, and IP camera connectivity. • Monitor CCTV and network health, identify abnormal conditions, and take appropriate action to reduce service disruptions. • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with the maintenance plan. • Investigate technical issues, perform initial diagnosis and corrective actions, and escalate complex problems with clear findings to the relevant teams. • Install, configure, and update CCTV and network systems according to customer requirements and approved procedures. • Prepare inspection, incident, and maintenance reports, and maintain accurate service records. • Coordinate with customer contacts, service providers, and technical support teams to resolve incidents within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). • Support related IT infrastructure activities and other relevant duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n1-3 years of experience in CCTV support, network support, IT infrastructure support, or a related technical role.\n\nWorking knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR recording systems, and video management systems (VMS).\n\nPractical understanding of LAN infrastructure, TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, PoE, Wi-Fi, and basic firewall operation.\n\nAbility to diagnose CCTV and network issues systematically, perform preventive maintenance, and recognize when to escalate.\n\nFamiliarity with incident handling, technical support processes, and clear service documentation.\n\nGood communication and customer service skills, with the ability to coordinate with users and technical teams.\n\nAbility to work on-site at the customer campus in Dusit
