# CCTV & Network Support Engineer

Role Summary Provide on-site operational support for CCTV and network systems at a customer campus in Dusit District, Bangkok. The role covers day-to-day monitoring, preventive maintenance, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting to keep systems reliable and available. Work closely with the customer and technical support teams, escalating complex issues when needed. Key Responsibilities • Operate, inspect, and maintain CCTV and network systems across the customer campus to support reliable dayto-day service. • Troubleshoot CCTV issues, including loss of camera feeds, choppy video, NVR recording problems, and network connectivity faults. • Support and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, PoE switches, Wi-Fi, LAN connections, and IP camera connectivity. • Monitor CCTV and network health, identify abnormal conditions, and take appropriate action to reduce service disruptions. • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with the maintenance plan. • Investigate technical issues, perform initial diagnosis and corrective actions, and escalate complex problems with clear findings to the relevant teams. • Install, configure, and update CCTV and network systems accord
