Come join us and become a part of our winning formula!\nThe Project Manager guides projects through the company commercialization process, including coordination among multiple internal departments and external customer counterparts including R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Manufacturing. The position is responsible for managing the execution of tasks by multiple project leaders and contributors.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nAssess assigned projects, targeting specific business unit goals and objectives and strengthening consumer and customer satisfaction.\nOversee small to mid-complex projects.\nDevelop project timelines for new projects including preparing responses to customer requests for information (RFIs).\nEnsure timely and efficient execution of projects.\nCollaborate with project and department leaders in the planning and execution of project tasks from ideation to commercialization.\nCoordinate and manage program team meetings including documentation of executed tasks, action items, and program governance.\nPublish monthly program goal achievement and financial growth achievements.\nImplement project management best practices and associated tools including the development of internal systems, both manual and digital.\nCollaborate with internal departments, using a cross-functional team approach to maximize communication and resources in an effort to operate as effectively as possible while ensuring successful project development and execution.\nManage issues arising from program execution including escalation internally and externally.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in business or a technical field.\n4 years of project management and/or account management experience.\nKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):\nUnderstanding of basic principles of business management, forecasting, budgeting, market projections and how they influence and relate to project and program execution.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal and external customers.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior level leaders.\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and PLM tools.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy.\nDetail-oriented, highly motivated, self-starter with relentless determination.\nDemonstrated ability to creatively approach challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\nMust have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal staff and management. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.\nMust be able to demonstrate practical problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
