updates.\nMonitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT systems.\nMaintain network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.\n\nUser Support and Helpdesk: \nProvide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, email, VPN, and applications.\nCoordinate with external IT vendors for advanced issue resolution.\nMaintain IT support logs and track issue resolution timelines.\n\nAsset Management: \nMaintain inventory of IT assets (allocation, tracking, and audits).\nManage onboarding and offboarding IT requirements (device allocation, access setup, recovery).\nEnsure proper documentation of the asset lifecycle.\n\nSecurity and Compliance: \nEnsure systems are secure with proper antivirus, firewall, and access controls.\nManage user access, permissions, and password policies.\nSupport the implementation of IT policies and compliance requirements.\nRegularly back up critical data and ensure recovery mechanisms.\n\nVendor Management: \nCoordinate with IT service providers, AMC vendors, and procurement teams.\nTrack vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery.\nManage hardware/software procurement and renewals.\n\nDocumentation and Reporting: \nMaintain IT documentation (SOPs, policies, configurations).\nGenerate reports on IT assets, issues, and system performance.\nSuggest improvements for system efficiency and cost optimisation.\n\nRequirements: \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS environments.\nBasic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration.\nTroubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.\nUnderstanding of IT security best practices.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.\n\nQualifications and Experience: \nBachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in IT support/administration.\nExperience working with IT vendors and service providers preferred.\n\nGood to Have: \nCertifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, etc.\nExperience with ticketing systems (e. g., Jira).\nExposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).\n\nKey Success Metrics (KPIs): \nAverage resolution time for IT issues.\nSystem uptime and availability.\nUser satisfaction scores.\nAsset audit accuracy.\nCompliance adherence.\nSkills\ndhcp, dns, google
