following functions: \n\nFull Stack Ownership: \nOwn features end-to-end: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable backend and frontend solutions.\nCollaborate with product managers, designers, and backend/frontend engineers.\n\nBackend Development: \nDesign and build RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.\nWork on distributed systems and messaging (Kafka or similar).\nOptimise backend performance (CPU, memory, DB queries, GC behaviour).\nHandle production issues and perform root cause analysis.\n\nFrontend Development (Web and Mobile): \nBuild scalable UI applications using React (web) and React Native (mobile).\nDevelop responsive web apps and cross-platform mobile applications.\nCreate reusable, maintainable UI components and design systems.\nEnsure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.\n\nPerformance and Optimisation: \nOptimise: Backend (query performance, indexing, memory usage) and Frontend (render cycles, bundle size, API efficiency).\nMonitor system performance and user interaction metrics.\n\nArchitecture and Collaboration: \nContribute to system architecture and frontend design decisions.\nWork with distributed systems and ensure scalability and reliability.\nDrive engineering best practices, code reviews, and quality standards.\n\nThe core requirements for the job include the following:\n\nBackend and Frameworks: \nCore Java (JDK 17+).\nSpring Boot (latest versions).\nDeep understanding of JPA/Hibernate internals.\nDesign patterns and clean architecture principles.\n\nDistributed Systems: \nApache Kafka (preferred) or similar pub-sub systems.\nEvent-driven architecture.\nConcepts: idempotency, retries, and eventual consistency.\n\nDatabases and Performance: \nStrong RDBMS expertise (MySQL / PostgreSQL).\nQuery optimisation, indexing strategies.\nPerformance tuning and memory management.\n\nCore Technologies: \nJavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.\nHTML5 CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, responsive design).\nREST API integration.\n\nReact (Web): \nReact.js (latest versions).\nState management (Redux, Zustand, and Context API).\nCode splitting and lazy loading.\n\nReact Native (Mobile): \nBuilding and deploying apps for iOS and Android.\nNative modules and bridging concepts.\nMobile performance optimisation.\n\nObservability and Reliability: \nLogging, monitoring, and distributed tracing.\nHandling real-time production incidents.\nPerformance monitoring tools.\n\nDevOps and Cloud: \nCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or
