Compliance is part of how we work, and your focus is delivering accurate, thoughtful, people-first service.\nWhat You’ll Do\nEmployee Experience and Lifecycle Management\nOwn onboarding for new hires and deliver People Operations new hire orientations that make a strong first impression.\nConfirm all new hires have the legal right to work and have completed required documentation before day one.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.\nSupport internal and external audits by ensuring employee documentation is completed.\nConduct employment verifications.\nPartner with the People Business Partner (PBP) org and Legal on offboarding to make the exit experience smooth and respectful.\nAct as a trusted advisor to PBPs, managers, and employees, offering clear guidance on local requirements and processes.\nContinuous Improvement and Process Excellence\nDrive ongoing improvements to People Operations processes, reducing manual work, errors, and turnaround time.\nGenerate and analyze JIRA and People Analytics metrics to spot trends, inform decisions, and improve productivity, including through the use of AI.\nCreate and maintain SOPs for core People processes, with clear roles and responsibilities.\nCollaborate with Legal, IT, and HR Tech to refine HR systems and keep them efficient and aligned with data privacy requirements.\nLocal Benefits Support\nSupport employee and manager questions on local benefits, providing timely and accurate answers.\nPartner with local brokers in Mexico City to administer benefits, resolve issues, and support open enrollment and renewals.\nIdentify recurring questions and gaps, and turn them into clearer communications, FAQs, and improved processes.\nGlobal Mobility Support\nSupport Global Mobility cases from start to finish, coordinating with the Global Mobility team, Legal, and external providers.\nCoordinate with vendors on relocation services and travel visa support, keeping timelines, costs, and deliverables on track.\nKeep employees informed at each step, so they know what to expect and who to contact.\nAccuracy, Data Integrity and Compliance\nEnsure HR processes align with local labor laws and global standards, and flag potential issues early.\nMaintain accurate new hire data and perform quarterly audits.\nPrepare and submit required compliance reports to government agencies on time and accurately.\nServe as a subject matter expert on employment regulations, supporting audits and legal reviews as needed.\nPolicy Development and Communication\nPartner with Employee Relations to develop and implement HR policies that reflect our culture and meet legal requirements.\nCommunicate policy updates clearly to employees and leadership.\nMake sure policies and procedures are easy to find for employees and the People Team.\nPeople Operating System\nCollaborate across teams to maintain a People operating system that supports the business and creates a seamless experience for employees.\nWhat You Bring\n4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR operations, or HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment supporting multiple countries.\nWorking knowledge of Mexican employment law and HR compliance requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, STPS), with the ability to apply it in practice and learn U.S. and Canadian requirements.\nA track record of improving processes, whether by streamlining workflows, building templates and SOPs, or using data to find and fix gaps.\nExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in employee data, documentation, and reporting.\nA service mindset: you communicate clearly and empathetically, and take ownership of making things easy for employees and managers.\nExperience with an HRIS (Workday preferred) and a ticketing tool (JIRA preferred). Comfort with reporting and metrics.\nDemonstrated experience, operating or improving agentic AI workflows in a business setting.
