Sr. Software Engineer (Django+ React / Vue.js)

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of professional software development experience, ideally in gaming, live-service products, backend platforms, or complex web applications.
• Deep backend engineering expertise in Python and strong experience with Django or comparable server-side frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable backend systems, internal platforms, and API-driven applications in large production codebases.
• Strong understanding of relational data modelling, ORM behaviour, and query optimisation in performance-sensitive systems.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, Redis, and ideally DynamoDB or similar data stores.
• Experience designing and supporting asynchronous job systems, scheduled workflows, and operational processes in production environments.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across application code, data issues, system performance, and cross-service integrations.
• Familiarity with containerised development workflows and cloud infrastructure, especially AWS-based environments.
• Strong grasp of system design, maintainability, engineering tradeoffs, and long-lived service ownership.
• Experience in improving testing practices, code quality, and architectural consistency across shared codebases.
• Experience with frontend-adjacent collaboration or admin tool ecosystems; Vue.js familiarity is a plus.
