summary\nThe Compliance department is in charge of the implementation of the policies relating to anti-money laundering & terrorism financing, economic international sanctions, anti-bribery, Department and report directly to the Global Sanctions Counsel.\n The key areas under the responsibility of the Compliance department are:\nanti-money laundering & terrorism financing\n\neconomic sanctions (e.g. sanctions & embargoes)\n\nanti-bribery\n\nanti-fraud\n\nconflicts of interest\n\ndata protection and privacy\n\nanti-trust and competition law\n\nreporting concerns\n\nCompliance\nYou will support the design and execution of the Compliance Program for the Group\n\nSupport and participate to the Sanctions Center of Excellence\n\nTeam with the community of stakeholders involved on compliance matters and support a collaborative work with internal stakeholders, Regional Compliance Officers.\n\nSupport the developmment and conduct of compliance trainings\n\n Experience:\n1-2 years experience in a Financial institution working in Risk Management, Internal audit, Compliance or legal department\n\nPersonal Competences:\nHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills ;\n\nPractical experience in working in a dynamic business and market environment;\n\nPragmatic, curious, able to navigate and deal with\n\nDigital competencies:\nMicrosoft 365, SharePoints, Teams, Power BI, LexisNexis, Refinitiv World
