Identify potential gaps or inconsistencies and support control owners in defining and monitoring remediation actions.\n\nApply and support a risk-based and harmonized approach while appropriately considering local regulatory, organizational and process specificities.\n\nContribute to the coordination of internal and external audit requests, including evidence collection, response tracking and follow-up of recommendations.\n\nPrepare accurate and timely governance materials, including presentations, status updates and supporting analyses.\n\nReporting, analytics and data quality\nProduce recurring and ad hoc TA&A reports accurately, on time and in line with agreed definitions, controls and distribution rules.\n\nPerform reconciliations, investigate data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve root causes rather than only correcting symptoms.\n\nMaintain an up-to-date inventory of reports, including business definitions, ownership and usage, to reduce duplication and improve consistency across the organization.\n\nTranslate business questions into relevant indicators, analyses and visualizations, and communicate the resulting insights in a clear and actionable way.\n\nReporting Development and Continuous Improvement\nEngage with users to understand reporting needs, test proposed solutions, collect feedback and support iterative improvements to usability and user experience.\n\nApply and contribute to the development of standardized layouts, visual conventions and documentation to improve the consistency and usability of reports across regions.\n\nContribute to assigned reporting, control and data-improvement initiatives and monitor agreed actions and deliverables.\n\nCompliance and regulatory support\nSupport the maintenance and monitoring of selected TA&A compliance-related processes, including sanctions and embargo controls, tax calculation controls and regulatory data requests, in coordination with the relevant expert functions.\n\nEnsure that reporting and control activities are performed in accordance with applicable internal policies, governance standards and confidentiality requirements.\n Experience & technical competencies:\nRelevant professional experience in reporting, internal control, finance, accounting, audit or data analysis; experience in insurance or reinsurance is an advantage.\n\nGood numerical and statistical understanding, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and investigate inconsistencies.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to root-cause analysis.\n\nBasic knowledge of SQL and/or Python; willingness to further develop data-querying and automation skills.\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and practical experience with Power BI for data analysis, visualization and reporting; good command of PowerPoint.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly and work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements, internal control principles or insurance industry practices is an advantage.\n\nPersonal competencies:\nAnalytical and conceptual thinking.\n\nAbility to present complex topics and data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nHigh level of reliability, accountability and attention to detail.\n\nTeam spirit and willingness to learn.\n\nGlobal mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures and regions.\n\nRequired education\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics or another relevant quantitative field.\n\nA Master's degree in a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
