In this context, the role focuses primarily on technical leadership, solution architecture, and delivery excellence, while the Delivery Lead drives functional and business dimensions.\nThe position operates in a highly transversal environment, working in close collaboration with business domain CTO (P&C, L&H, Finance), AI, Data, and Analytics teams to promote a data-driven architecture and AI-first engineering practices.\nThe services delivered will be designed as enterprise-wide capabilities, consumed across multiple business domains including P&C, L&H, and Finance, requiring strong alignment and collaboration across the organization.\nKey duties and responsibilities\nCo-lead the transformation with the Delivery Lead, ensuring alignment between functional priorities and engineering delivery\nOwn the engineering dimension of the initiative, including solution architecture design, development practices, and delivery quality\nLead hands-on engineering activities, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable implementations\nDrive the transformation of the existing monolith into modular, domain-aligned, and reusable core services\nPromote data-driven and AI-first architecture principles, in collaboration with AI and Data teams\nDesign and execute migration and decomposition strategies ensuring business continuity and no operational risk\nEnsure that developed services are scalable, resilient, and reusable across domains\nCollaborate with cloud, platform, DevOps, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment with SCOR standards and target architecture\nAct as the primary technical counterpart to the Delivery Lead, bridging business needs and engineering solutions\nLead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement\n\n Required experience & competencies\nTechnical :\n\nProven experience in legacy system modernization and transformation (monolith to modular or distributed architectures)\nExperience drafting solutions applying agentic SDLC.\nProduct innovative, with experience in building AI augmented business services or tech operations\nStrong Engineering Background (10+)\nStrong expertise in distributed systems, API design, and integration patterns\nHands-on experience with cloud-native platforms (Azure preferred) and modern engineering practices\nMastering of data-driven architectures and collaboration with Data / Analytics teams\nProven experience of AI-assisted or agentic development approach.\n\nDelivery & Transformation\nProven track record in delivering complex transformation programs\nExperience defining and executing migration strategies in critical systems\nAbility to manage dependencies across multiple systems and domains\n\nEnterprise & Collaboration\nExperience working in large-scale, multi-domain environments\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business, domain, and transversal teams\nExperience operating in a dual leadership model (Engineering Lead / Domain or Product Lead)\n\nLeadership & Soft Skills\nStrong hands-on leadership with the ability to lead by example\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities\nAbility to operate in business-critical and high-impact environments\n\nRequired Education\nDegree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related analytical field;
