The incumbent will also participate in the quarterly follow up of actions plans, designed by management as a response to the audit recommendations, and could contribute in department’s initiatives, esp. relating to AI.\n Key duties and responsibilities\nAssist the Internal audit team in performing the audit activities in line with the defined methodology including:\nAPAC audit assignments: preliminary risk assessment, documents review, production of surveys and summary memos, transaction testing and result analysis, working papers documentation.\n\nGlobal Follow up: contribute to the recommended corrective actions quarterly follow up analysis.\n\nDepartment’s initiatives: contribute to these initiatives when needed.\n\nThis requires to:\nDevelop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders aligned within the role of GIA, and team members through individual contacts and group meetings,\n\nDevelop the ability to work independently under general supervision with some latitude for initiative and independent judgment.\n\n Required experience & competencies\nYou are curious, rigorous and possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.\n\nOperating in an international environment, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nYou are proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with data analytics, visualization or audit-related tools would be an advantage.\n\nYou demonstrate an interest in generative AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) and a willingness to learn how to use them effectively, including developing prompts and agents, critically assessing AI-generated outputs, and applying them appropriately to audit activities such as analysis, documentation and presentations, while adhering to ethical, governance and information security standards.\n\nYou demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism and sound judgment, and enjoy working collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural and international (re)insurance environment across life, health and/or property & casualty lines.\n\nRequired Education & Duration\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree programme in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Insurance, or a related field.
