environment.\nKey duties and responsibilities\nYour mission and tasks will be to:\nCore responsibilities\no Analyze business requirements from Treasury and Finance stakeholders and translate them into detailed functional specifications.\no Collaborate with Solution Owners, Product Owners, IT teams, and external partners to support solution enhancements and implementations.\no Participate in the design and continuous improvement of SAP TRM & BCM, Bottomline, and GTC solutions.\no Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.\no Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new business requirements, SAP releases, and upgrades.\no Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, specifications, and knowledge articles.\no Support configuration reviews and collaborate with technical teams during developments.\no Prepare, coordinate, and execute functional tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests (UAT).\no Assist in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.\no Monitor treasury and payment processes to ensure operational stability and compliance.\no Support integrations with banking platforms and external payment systems.\no Contribute to service quality improvement initiatives and KPI monitoring.\no Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, solutions, and operational procedures.\nStakeholder Collaboration\no Act as a functional point of contact for Treasury and Finance users.\no Facilitate workshops to capture, clarify, and document business requirements.\no Support communication between business and technical teams during project and enhancement activities.\no Assist with change management and end-user adoption activities when required.\nContribute to ICS\no Implement and maintain key processes and controls defined within the IT Internal Control System (ICS).\no Support internal and external audits related to Treasury and payment solutions.\no Assist in compliance and certification initiatives when required.\nReporting\no Provide regular updates on assigned activities, issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.\no Maintain traceability of requirements, testing activities, and delivered enhancements.\nRequired experience & competencies\n3 to 7 years of experience in SAP Finance-related solutions with a focus on business analysis, functional support, or solution delivery.\nExperience working with Treasury, Cash Management, Payments, or Banking processes.\nExperience participating in SAP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects\nSkills & Experience\nStrong SAP Finance expertise with focus on Treasury (TRM) and Bank Communication Management (BCM): cash, liquidity, risk, payments, and bank connectivity\nSolid knowledge of S/4HANA (Business Partner, Fiori, ACDOCA) and treasury/payment capabilities\nExperience with end-to-end treasury and payment processes and their integration with banks and external systems (e.g. SWIFT, ISO20022)\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills\nProven experience in end-to-end solution delivery and continuous improvement\nBusiness-driven mindset with ability to understand and challenge treasury and payment requirements\nRisk identification and mitigation capabilities in complex environments\nStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple streams and stakeholders\nExperience with Agile and project delivery methodologies\nFluent in English\nCompetencies\nAnalytical
